Where we work
Working on such a varied range of projects has enabled us to ensure that our customers receive the best design, service and installation tailored to their individual needs — no matter how simple or complex.
Commercial offices & CAT A
CAT A and CAT B office space, from a single floor to a full building. Design, install, commission and hand over — then maintain it.
Hotels & hospitality
High-end hotels where the plant has to be invisible and the works cannot inconvenience a guest. Much of it happens overnight.
Retail & leisure
Trading environments where the shutters go up in the morning regardless of what is still in the ceiling.
Residential & low-carbon homes
Domestic homes and flats, including full mechanical packages on new low-carbon housing.
Critical & industrial
Substations, power stations, switch rooms and water treatment sites, where the ventilation is protecting the equipment.
Public & blue light
Occupied public buildings with staff on shift and no convenient time to turn the heating off.
Live buildings
Most of our work happens around other people
Offices that are still trading, hotels with guests in, kitchens that open at noon and police stations that never close.
We plan for minimal disruption to occupied offices and working environments through flexible working practices. In practice that means night shifts, phasing a building in halves so staff keep working, and agreeing every isolation with your facilities team before a valve is touched.

Is your building on this list?
Even if it is not, the constraints are usually the same. Tell us what you are working with.
