Castle M&E Services Ltd is a Surrey-based, family run business providing air conditioning and HVAC services across London and Surrey for over 20 years.
We specialise in air conditioning installation, repair and maintenance for commercial CAT A office space, hotels, hospitality and retail space, through to domestic residential homes and flats.
Working on such a varied range of projects has enabled us to ensure that our customers receive the best design, service and installation tailored to their individual needs — no matter how simple or complex.
We have developed proven solutions for a large variety of project types, seeing the project through from conception to completion. Our aftersales support provides tailored maintenance packages to ensure continued optimum performance and efficiency from our installations.

Installation, phased around you
Minimal disruption to occupied offices and working environments through flexible working practices, including out of hours and phased delivery.
Commissioning and handover
Digital commissioning data and F-Gas compliance documentation, so your O&M file is complete when we leave site.
Aftercare
Tailored maintenance packages and dedicated service and breakdown engineers, minimising down time.
