We work when the building doesn’t
Kitchen extract swapped between 11pm and 5am. A building split in two so the client kept working. Out of hours is normal here, not a surcharge line on a quote.

Investigational work is our forte
Burning smell in an AHU nobody can trace. A compressor that keeps failing. We find the actual cause — a cracked bearing outer ring, a dry bearing, a failed inverter reactor terminal — and fix that.
Conception to completion
In-house CAD, heat load calculations, installation, commissioning and the digital handover pack. One contractor across the whole mechanical package, not four trades blaming each other.
Net zero, practically
Heat pumps, heat recovery and CO₂ controlled ventilation, plus the decarbonisation advice to work out what actually pays back on your building.

Primary circuit pipework & expansion bellows corrected and replaced recently in a high-end hotel. The pipework has since been re-supported as required and treated with red oxide to prevent further bellow failure.
10no. round flow units swapped with ducted, 2no. MVHR units installed, 1no. 5kw split system & full centralised controller programming and commissioning carried out in just 4 weeks.
Re-pipe of 14no. existing VRV systems to enable access for a roof replacement. New pipework, lagging and interconnecting wiring throughout, with all services now running on suitable support and containment. All systems recovered, pressure leak tested and re-commissioned to F-Gas regulation.
In-depth investigational and repair works are our forte. Inverter compressor, inverter PCB & all harnesses replaced on this REYQ12 series VRV — the compressor had failed due to a leak on the oil return line and a failed connection on the inverter reactor terminal.
Air source heat pumps & heat recovery ventilation installed into 5no. properties in Twickenham. This equipment enabled these low-carbon homes to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
We swapped out a large 2000x1600x900 kitchen extract attenuator due to a build up of grease. The new attenuators have a milinex coating to prevent this issue recurring and come with access panels for cleaning. We carried out the replacement between 11pm and 5am, meaning no disruption to kitchens or restaurants.

Do you work on occupied buildings?
Constantly — it is most of what we do. We plan for minimal disruption to occupied offices and working environments through flexible working practices. In practice that means out of hours and overnight shifts, phasing a building in sections so staff keep working, and coordinating closely with your facilities team before anything is isolated.
Will you take on a system somebody else installed?
Yes. In-depth investigational and repair works are our forte. We are regularly called to systems we did not install — failed compressors, leaks, noise, a fault nobody has been able to pin down — and we diagnose the actual cause before quoting a fix.
What areas do you cover?
We provide air conditioning and HVAC services across London and Surrey. We are based in Chertsey, and we work on commercial and residential property throughout both.
Do you handle domestic work as well as commercial?
Yes. We work on everything from commercial CAT A office space, hotels, hospitality and retail through to domestic residential homes and flats, including full mechanical packages on new low-carbon housing.
Can you help us reduce energy use or hit a net zero target?
That is a core part of what we do. We offer energy reduction and decarbonisation advisory services, renewable projects using air and ground source heat pumps, CO₂ controlled ventilation driven by occupancy, and BMS integration so a system reports on its own consumption.
