Victoria
A recently installed climate control system comprising 2x VRV systems. Installed in just 4 weeks and integrated onto the building management system to aid with minimising energy usage.

Cooling, heating & ventilation installed into this community boxing & sports venue recently.
Verde Building
In-depth investigational & repair works carried out within the Verde Building to an existing system to improve comfort for office staff and employees. All works carried out out of hours to minimise client disruption.
Staines Police Station
Extensive works carried out to the air conditioning, heating & ventilation systems to create comfortable communal areas for staff.
Music Theatre International
During a complete refurbishment, we replaced all air conditioning, ventilation & plumbing equipment within the building. Splitting the building in two and completing separately so the client could remain working whilst works were carried out.
Victoria Street
Extensive works carried out on chillers, boilers, air source heat pumps, chilled beams, ventilation & plumbing systems in several buildings in this prestigious area.
RAK Studios
Extensive works carried out in this famous recording facility located in London. All works have been sympathetic towards acoustic requirements and the studio’s history, with minimal disruption achieved.

A full air source heat pump & ventilation system designed and installed to ensure consistent employee comfort.
Threadneedle Street
A full design and build carried out in this building. Redundant chillers replaced with air source heat pumps, AHUs & VAVs. All ventilation controlled via CO₂ levels to maximise efficiency and keep IAQ at an optimum level.

This building was part-refurbished recently and upgraded from split systems to VRV.

Primary circuit pipework & expansion bellows corrected and replaced recently in a high-end hotel. The pipework has since been re-supported as required and treated with red oxide to prevent further bellow failure.
10no. round flow units swapped with ducted, 2no. MVHR units installed, 1no. 5kw split system & full centralised controller programming and commissioning carried out in just 4 weeks.
Re-pipe of 14no. existing VRV systems to enable access for a roof replacement. New pipework, lagging and interconnecting wiring throughout, with all services now running on suitable support and containment. All systems recovered, pressure leak tested and re-commissioned to F-Gas regulation.
In-depth investigational and repair works are our forte. Inverter compressor, inverter PCB & all harnesses replaced on this REYQ12 series VRV — the compressor had failed due to a leak on the oil return line and a failed connection on the inverter reactor terminal.
Air source heat pumps & heat recovery ventilation installed into 5no. properties in Twickenham. This equipment enabled these low-carbon homes to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
We swapped out a large 2000x1600x900 kitchen extract attenuator due to a build up of grease. The new attenuators have a milinex coating to prevent this issue recurring and come with access panels for cleaning. We carried out the replacement between 11pm and 5am, meaning no disruption to kitchens or restaurants.
Another power station project complete and commissioned. 14no. fan coil units & 7no. condensers installed with full BMS control and operation and fault monitoring through AE-200 and BACnet integration.
Over 100 R22 splits replaced with the latest VRV technology in this serviced office centre.
Our recent ASHP project in Twickenham. We carried out the full mechanical installation, which includes the ventilation, heat pump, underfloor heating and all plumbing works as required. 5x houses in total.
